When you write to us, please avoid including sensitive health information. If we need technical details (for example, crash logs or screenshots), we will ask for them explicitly.
Subscriptions, purchases and refunds
Elementa uses Apple’s in‑app purchase system and the RevenueCat service to manage subscriptions and one‑time purchases. We do not store your payment card details on our own servers.
Managing your subscription
- 1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device.
- 2. Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
- 3. Select Elementa to view, change or cancel your plan.
Any changes to billing, renewals and cancellations are handled directly by Apple. If you have questions about charges, Apple’s support may be able to help you faster.
Refunds
Refunds for App Store purchases are processed by Apple, not by Elementa directly. You can request a refund at Apple’s Report a Problem page .
Technical issues and bug reports
If Elementa crashes, behaves unexpectedly, or you see incorrect data in your elemental scores, please try the steps below before contacting support:
- ✓ Make sure you are using the latest version of Elementa from the App Store.
- ✓ Check your internet connection; some calculations require a connection to our backend.
- ✓ Restart the app and, if needed, restart your device.
When you contact us, you can optionally include:
- • The version of iOS you are using (for example, iOS 18.0).
- • The version of Elementa shown in the app’s settings screen.
- • A short description of what you were doing when the issue appeared.
We may review anonymized technical logs from our backend to diagnose issues. These logs are used only for debugging and service quality, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Notifications and reminders
Elementa can schedule optional local notifications for categories such as tea, oil, color, activity and food. These reminders are created and managed on your device.
Turning notifications on or off
- 1. Open Elementa and choose which categories you want to receive notifications for.
- 2. You can also turn off all notifications at any time in iOS Settings → Notifications → Elementa.
If you disable notifications for a specific category inside Elementa, the app will cancel any pending reminders for that category.
Privacy and data requests

You can make privacy‑related requests (for example, to exercise rights under GDPR where applicable) by emailing: privacy@elementa.app.
When you contact us about privacy, we may need to verify that you are the owner of the relevant Apple ID or device before we can act on your request.
