Terms of Use

1. Purpose of Elementa

Elementa provides astrology-inspired reflection and general wellness inspiration. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment or professional medical advice.

2. Your responsibility

You decide whether any suggested tea, food, oil, color or activity is appropriate for you. Consider allergies, medications, pregnancy, health conditions and professional advice before changing a wellness routine.

3. Free and paid access

The daily ritual remains usable without payment. Optional Elementa Plus subscriptions unlock Deep Insight, extended Journey history, reports, favorites, alternatives and every ritual pack. Lifetime Plus and individual or bundled ritual packs are non-consumable in-app purchases. The Apple App Store or Google Play purchase sheet shows the current price and currency before you confirm.

4. Subscription and free trial terms

The annual plan may include a free trial for eligible new subscribers. Unless canceled within the period shown by the store before purchase, a monthly or annual subscription automatically renews and Apple or Google charges the applicable store account at the displayed price. Trial duration, eligibility, renewal and cancellation timing are controlled by that store; current terms appear before purchase.

You can use Manage Subscription in Elementa Settings or your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings to view, change or cancel a subscription. Deleting Elementa or using Reset Profile does not cancel it.

5. Purchases, restoration and refunds

Apple processes iOS payments and Google processes Android payments. Use Restore Purchases in Elementa Settings to recover eligible subscriptions and non-consumable purchases made with the same store account. Purchase availability can depend on storefront, device, eligibility and store status. Refund requests and billing disputes are handled by the applicable store under its terms and consumer law.

6. Optional rewarded video

An eligible free user may explicitly choose a Google rewarded video to unlock Deep Insight for 24 hours, at most once per local day. The app never requires a purchase or an ad to use the core daily ritual, never presents the rewarded video automatically, and grants access only after the ad provider reports that the reward was earned. Ad availability is not guaranteed.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse, overload, reverse engineer for abuse, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service or its backend. Automated or excessive requests may be limited.

8. Privacy and intellectual property

Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. Elementa’s software, visual identity and original content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

9. Disclaimer and limitation

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Elementa is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on reflective wellness content. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
